Holy Moly, what happened there? 7 (SEVEN) casualties, 4 of whom are out because of transfer costs.

My routine in doing this competition is always the same.  First, look at my own score and gulp. Second, enter the scores of the survivors from last week, starting from the top of the overall table and working my way down.  As I go, I try to assess the cut off point and I always get it wrong. What I always forget is that down at the bottom of the table there are some seriously low scores waiting and I should set my sights lower. Last season, as I may have mentioned a couple of times before, I went out in Week 1 (you hadn’t realised? Oh, yeah, most amusing) so, I had been a little detatched from it all.  This week I knew what a low score I had achieved and reached 71st place and still not seen 3 scores lower than mine.  I really needn’t have worried, because the capacity for reckless self destruction I encountered from that point on was truly impressive.
